If your event involves foreign-language speakers or hard-of-hearing people, effective interpreting is essential.

You only get one chance to translate speakers’ thoughts so others can understand and respond to them right there and then. Clear communication depends on prompt, accurate interpreting.

All our interpreters are professionally qualified experts. Neutrality and confidentiality are completely guaranteed. Our interpreters will never offer an opinion or disclose the content of a conversation they have witnessed.

Suggestions

Because simultaneous interpreting is so intensive in terms of workload, we always recommend booking at least two interpreters.

Our interpreters work standard office hours (9am−5pm, Monday to Friday, with a lunch break). If you want an interpreter outside those times, we will agree an overtime rate with you.

Expenses incurred by interpreters during the course of their assignment, such as travel, meals and accommodation, are charged extra.

If you cancel an assignment after an interpreter or interpreting equipment is booked, there will be a cancellation fee.
